The anticancer agent 344 exhibits potent inhibitory activity against Doxorubicin (HY-15142A)-induced ERα-overexpressing T-Rex 293 cells (GI50 < 0.05 μM), and moderate inhibitory activity against normal T-Rex 293 cells (GI50 = 0.05-0.5 μM)[1].
