Biological Activity
Isoconessimine (24 h) exhibits no detectable intrinsic antibacterial activity against methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)[1].
Isoconessimine (0.1 mg/mL; 20 min) exhibits very weak inhibitory activity against purified acetylcholinesterase, with an IC50 value > 300 μM[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
