Wrightiadione
Wrightiadione is a selective natural tetracyclic isoflavone kinase inhibitor with inhibitory activity against TrkA and PLK3. The IC50 values of Wrightiadione against TrkA and PLK3 are 55.8 μM and 9.0 μM, respectively. Wrightiadione is found in the dried bark of Wrightia tomentosa. Wrightiadione can be used in studies of leukemia, kinase inhibition and cancer-related signaling pathways.

In Vitro
Wrightiadione (compound 1) at 10 μM selectively inhibits TrkA and PLK3 against a kinome panel consisting of 97 cancer-related kinases in a high-throughput binding assay[1].
Wrightiadione inhibits the activity of purified TrkA kinase in radiokinase assays, with an IC50 value of 55.8 μM[1].
Wrightiadione inhibits the kinase activity of purified PLK3 in radiometric kinase assays, with an IC50 of 9.0 μM[1].
