UNC8899
UNC8899 is a STING PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 1.097 μM. UNC8899 recruits the VHL E3 ligase to mediate the ubiquitination of phosphorylated STING and subsequent proteasomal degradation. UNC8899 can be used in studies of renal cell carcinoma.
