In Vitro

C129-0055 (0.005-100 μM; 20 min) inhibits Capsaicin (HY-10448)-induced TRPV1 calcium flux in HEK293-TRPV1 cells, with an FDSS IC₅₀ of 9.74 μM^[1].
C129-0055 (0.12-10 μM) inhibits Capsaicin-induced TRPV1 currents in HEK293-TRPV1 cells in a concentration-dependent manner, with a patch-clamp IC₅₀ of 0.95 μM^[1].
