HS-345

HS-345 is a TrkA/Ak inhibitor with significant anti-pancreatic cancer effects. HS-345 inhibits the growth and proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells by targeting the TrkA/Akt signaling pathway, while also inducing apoptosis.
