Pratialin B is a C₁₄-polyacetylenol glycoside analog found in the roots of Codonopsis pilosula. Pratialin B exhibits weak inhibitory activity against LPS (HY-D1056)-induced NO production^[1].

In Vitro

Pratialin B (Compound 10) (10 μM) weakly inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced NO production in BV2 cells, with a 41.5% maximum inhibition rate^[1].
Pratialin B (10 μM) is inactive against Fe²⁺-cysteine induced rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation^[1].
Pratialin B (10 μM) is inactive against HIV-1 replication^[1].
Pratialin B (10 μM) is inactive against human cancer cell lines^[1].
