TAP-05 (48 h) is cytotoxic to BALB/c peritoneal macrophages, with a CC₅₀ of 2.95 μM^[2].

Parasitic Infection

TAP-05 (72 h) inhibits intracellular tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii RH-2F1 in HFF cells, with an EC₅₀ of 0.264 μM and a selectivity index of 183.26^[1].
TAP-05 (0.264 μM; 48 h) induces cytoplasmic vacuolation, reduced ultrastructural signs of tachyzoite division, and occasional Golgi apparatus alterations in Toxoplasma gondii-infected HFF cells^[1].
TAP-05 (48 h) inhibits the growth of Leishmania infantum promastigotes with an IC₅₀ of 0.42 μM and a promastigote selectivity index of 7.07^[2].

Others
