Biological Activity
mSIRK (1.2-30 μM, 1-30 min) can rapidly activate extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2, stimulates the phosphorylation of Jun N-terminal kinase, the phosphorylation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase and the activity of phospholipase C, and leads to the internal storage and release of Ca2+[1].
mSIRK (10 μM, 24 h) rescues the inhibitory effect on cell proliferation and migration induced by Y27632 (HY-10071)[2].
