Multi-target kinase-IN-11
Multi-target kinase-IN-11 (compound 2a) is a potent multi-target inhibitor of Cholinesterase and Carbonic Anhydrase. Multi-target kinase-IN-11 inhibits AChE, BChE, hCA I, and hCA II with IC50 values of 2.78, 4.88, 0.94, and 4.15 μM, respectively. Multi-target kinase-IN-11 inhibits these enzymes through hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions with active site residues. Multi-target kinase-IN-11 can be used for research on Alzheimer's disease.

Cell Cytotoxicity Assay
Cytotoxicity assays are usually based on the assessment of cell membrane damage, which can also be indirectly detected by measuring cell viability. Detection methods include MTT assay, CKK-8 assay, LDH assay and ATP assay, etc.

Alzheimer’s Disease Modeling
Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by a progressive decline in cognitive functions and loss of specific types of neurons and synapses. Alzheimer's symptoms can be simulated in mice by injecting drugs (such as Aβ) or genetically modified.
