PDE5-IN-16 (Compound 5) potently inhibits human platelet PDE5 with an IC₅₀ of 0.8 nM and exhibits high selectivity over bovine heart PDE1, rat kidney PDE2, human platelet PDE3, rat kidney PDE4, and bovine retina PDE6^[1].
