PI3Kδ-IN-27 inhibits SARS-CoV-2 Beta, Delta, and Omicron strains in Vero E6 cells with IC50 values of 5.60 μM, 5.43 μM, and 4.97 μM, with SI of 24.89, 25.66, and 28.04 respectively[1].
PI3Kδ-IN-27 shows CC50 of 139.36 μM in Vero-E6 cells and 125.79 μM in A549 cells[1].
