Biological Activity
PI5P4Kγ-IN-1 (compound 2) (0.1-5 μM; 48 h) activates the mTORC1 signaling pathway in MCF-7 cells[1].
PI5P4Kγ-IN-1 (0.01-10 μM; 24-48 h) exhibits no toxicity to MCF-7 cells at concentrations up to 10 μM following 24 h or 48 h of treatment[1].
