Prostaglandin F1a (100 μg; 30 min-2 h) reduces motility of human spermatozoa, causing a significant decrease in rapidly progressing spermatozoa at 1 h, an increase in slowly progressive spermatozoa at 1 h, and an increase in nonmotile spermatozoa at 2 h[2].
Prostaglandin F1a (100 μg; 2 h) has no effect on whole sperm ATPase activity of human spermatozoa after 2 h of incubation[2].
