BRD4 degraders are small molecule compounds that specifically target the BRD4 protein and induce its degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome or autophagy-lysosome pathway. They can selectively reduce intracellular BRD4 protein levels without affecting mRNA expression and are used in research on diseases related to bromodomain proteins and in the development of anticancer drugs.
