Biological Activity
|
RIPK1 |
RIPK1 PROTAC contains two different ligands connected by a linker; one is an E3 ligase ligand, and the other is for Ligands of RIPK1 target protein (RIPK1-IN-37) (HY-179235). The Ligand-Linker conjunction (RIPK1-IN-37-CO-Ph-alkynyl-Py-Pip) (HY-179242) formed by the ligation of Ligands and the linker can form PROTAC LD5097 (HY-179234) with the E3 ligase ligand. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
