Romilkimab acts as a selective immunosuppressant in systemic sclerosis (SSc), where it exerts anti-fibrotic effects through targeted neutralization of both the IL-4 and IL-13 pathways[1].
Romilkimab reduced thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC/CCL17) levels associated with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)[2].
