Salviifoside A
Salviifoside A is a phenolic glycoside found in the leaves of Alangium salviifolium. Salviifoside A inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2 production in macrophages without affecting cell viability.

Biological Activity
Salviifoside A (5-50 μM; 1 h pretreatment, 24 h post-LPS stimulation) dose-dependently inhibits LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 cells, with significant inhibition observed at 25 and 50 μM[1].
Salviifoside A (5-50 μM; 1 h pretreatment, 24 h post-LPS stimulation) dose-dependently inhibits LPS-induced PGE2 production in RAW 264.7 cells, with significant inhibition observed at 25 and 50 μM[1].
Salviifoside A (5-50 μM; 24 h (with or without LPS co-treatment)) shows no cytotoxicity against RAW 264.7 cells at concentrations up to 50 μM after 24 h of incubation, with or without LPS stimulation[1].
