SJH1-62B
SJH1-62B is a selective Androgen receptor PROTAC degrader. SJH1-62B induces ubiquitination and degradation of the androgen receptor. SJH1-62B can be used for the research of prostate cancer.
(Pink: Androgen Receptor ligand (HY-175906); Blue: SKP1 ligand (HY-175905); Black: linker).

Biological Activity
SJH1-62B (0.001-10 μM; 24 h) potently degrades androgen receptor in LNCaP prostate cancer cells[1].
SJH1-62B (1 μM; 24 h) selectively degrades androgen receptor in LNCaP prostate cancer cells, with only 11 additional proteins showing significant (>50%) reduced levels[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
