In Vitro

SJH1-62B (0.001-10 μM; 24 h) potently degrades androgen receptor in LNCaP prostate cancer cells^[1].
SJH1-62B (1 μM; 24 h) selectively degrades androgen receptor in LNCaP prostate cancer cells, with only 11 additional proteins showing significant (>50%) reduced levels^[1].
