Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
TAP-05 (0.264 μM; 48 h) induces cytoplasmic vacuolation, reduced ultrastructural signs of tachyzoite division, and occasional Golgi apparatus alterations in Toxoplasma gondii-infected HFF cells[1].
TAP-05 (48 h) inhibits the growth of Leishmania infantum promastigotes with an IC50 of 0.42 μM and a promastigote selectivity index of 7.07[2].
