Tec-IN-14
Tec-IN-14 blocks the interaction between Tec kinase and FGF2 with an IC50 of 7.0 μM. Tec-IN-14 inhibits the non-classical secretion of FGF2 in cells. Tec-IN-14 suppresses the tyrosine phosphorylation of FGF2 in a cellular environment. Tec-IN-14 is applicable to research related to cancer.

Biological Activity
Tec-IN-14 (compound 14) (50 μM) inhibits tyrosine phosphorylation of FGF2 in FGF2-GFP-expressing CHO cells[1].
Tec-IN-14 (10-50 μM; 40 h) inhibits the non-canonical secretion of FGF2 in CHO cells in a dose-dependent manner[1].
Tec-IN-14 (10-50 μM; 72 h) exerts no significant pleiotropic effects on the viability or proliferation of CHO cells, but only causes a slight reduction in proliferation rate[1].
