TYK2 ligand 2 can serve as a target protein ligand for TYD-68 (HY-173357). TYD-68 is a TYK2 PROTAC degrader that recruits CRBNs, with a DC50 of 0.42 nM, and is selective for JAK1/JAK2-dependent signaling pathways. TYD-68 can inhibit TYK2-mediated signal transduction, downregulate TYK2 protein expression levels, and reduce the secretion of pro-inflammatory factors[1].
