Anticancer agent 353 (III-146) exhibits growth inhibitory activity against MCF7 cells, with a GI₅₀ of < 0.05 μM^[1].
Anticancer agent 353 exhibits activity in both Doxorubicin (HY-15142A)-induced ERα-overexpressing and non-induced T-Rex 293 cells, with consistent antiproliferative activity between the two groups (GI₅₀ = 0.5-2.5 μM)^[1].
