Description

VISTA-IN-1 is an orally active VISTA inhibitor. VISTA-IN-1 inhibits the function of VISTA and promotes the secretion of IL-2. VISTA-IN-1 exerts inhibitory effects on mouse melanoma in vivo. VISTA-IN-1 is applicable to melanoma-related research[1].

In Vitro

VISTA-IN-1 (Compound 6809-0223) (10 μg/mL; 2 h) exhibits strong affinity for mouse VISTA-Fc fusion protein in a competitive ELISA assay, with a binding rate of 16.02%[1].
VISTA-IN-1 (20 μM; 48 h) inhibits the immunosuppressive effect of mouse VISTA-Fc fusion protein and promotes IL-2 secretion by CD-3-activated mouse primary T cells[1].
