7-O-Methyl glabranin (Compound 6) (6 h-12 h) moderately inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced production of TNF-α and IL-1β in RAW 264.7 and J774A.1 cells. Its IC50 values against TNF-α are 41.20 μM in RAW 264.7 cells and 35.50 μM in J774A.1 cells, while the IC50 values against IL-1β are 59.23 μM in RAW 264.7 cells and 62.32 μM in J774A.1 cells. Meanwhile, it maintains high cell viability at a concentration of 100 μM[1].
