AR/BRD4 RIPTAC-1 (Compound II-5) TFA is an orally active Regulatory-inducible proximity-targeting chimera (RIPTAC). In Vitro

AR/BRD4 RIPTAC-1 (72 h) TFA inhibits the growth of T47D cells with a GI50 of less than 0.5 μM[1].
