Anticancer agent 347 (I-33) exhibits potent antiproliferative activity against MCF7 breast cancer cells (GI₅₀ < 0.05 μM)^[1].
Anticancer agent 347 exerts potent and selective antiproliferative effects on Doxorubicin (HY-15142A)-induced estrogen receptor α-overexpressing T-Rex 293 cells (GI₅₀ < 0.05 μM), while shows extremely weak inhibitory activity against T-Rex 293 cells without high estrogen receptor α expression (GI₅₀ > 2.5 μM)^[1].
