Tec-IN-14 (compound 14) (50 μM) inhibits tyrosine phosphorylation of FGF2 in FGF2-GFP-expressing CHO cells^[1].
Tec-IN-14 (10-50 μM; 40 h) inhibits the non-canonical secretion of FGF2 in CHO cells in a dose-dependent manner^[1].
Tec-IN-14 (10-50 μM; 72 h) exerts no significant pleiotropic effects on the viability or proliferation of CHO cells, but only causes a slight reduction in proliferation rate^[1].
