5-HT2 Receptor |
Sarpogrelate (MCI-9042) induces a significant decrease in plasma serotonin (5-HT) concentration and after 2 weeks increases significantly the concentration of whole blood 5-HT[1].
Sarpogrelate increases significantly plasma tryptophan concentration after 2 and 4 weeks, and no changes in plasma 5-HIAA concentration[1].
Sarpogrelate also has a tendency to increase the concentration of whole blood tryptophan concentration, did not show significant changes in platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen[1].
Sarpogrelate increases significantly platelet aggregation induced by serotonin after 2 weeks[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
