Bcl-2-IN-25 

Bcl-2-IN-25 is an orally active Bcl-2 inhibitor that induces cytotoxic activity in cancer cells. Bcl-2-IN-25 can be used in cancer-related research^[1].

Bcl-2-IN-25 (Example 9) inhibits viability of human small cell lung carcinoma H146, H889, and H1963 cells with IC₅₀ values of 33 nM, 0.7 nM, and 4.7 nM, respectively^[1].
