[¹⁸F]AlF-NOTA-RHAU18 targets mitochondrial DNA G4. [¹⁸F]AlF-NOTA-RHAU18 can be used to visualize and detect solid tumors in homozygous mice. [¹⁸F]AlF-NOTA-RHAU18 can also be used in PET imaging studies.
