UNC8900
UNC8900 is a STING PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 0.924 μM. UNC8900 binds to the Von Hippel-Lindau E3 ubiquitin ligase and recruits it to activated STING for ubiquitination and subsequent degradation. UNC8900 can be used in related research on renal cell carcinoma.

UNC8900 (8 h) produces clear dose-dependent STING degradation in HKC-8 kidney cells after 8 hours[1].
UNC8900 (0-31.6 μM; 24 h) potently degrades STING with a DC50 of 0.924 μM and a maximum degradation level of 97.65% in Caki-1 renal cell carcinoma cells following 24 hour incubation[1].
UNC8900 (3 μM; 0-24 h) mediates very rapid STING degradation, with measurable STING protein reduction detected as early as 2 hours post-incubation in Caki-1 cells[1].
