In Vitro
ZYJ-34v can inhibit HDACs. The IC50 values of MDA-MB-231, HCT116, PC-3, HepG2 and MCF-7 cells were 1.41, 0.63 and 2.62, respectively. 4.23 and 4.76 μM[1].
