DENV-IN-7, a flavone analog, is a dengue virus (DENV) inhibitor with an EC₅₀ value of 70 nM. DENV-IN-7 has low toxicity against normal cell and anti-dengue activity^[1].

DENV-IN-7 (compound 5d; 10 μM; 48 h) has low toxicity against LLC/MK2 cells^[1].
DENV-IN-7 (1 nM-10 μM; 72 h) has anti-dengue activity and inhibits viral replication in DENV2-infected LLC/MK2 cells^[1].
