     Mice in the sti-STAT3 group were given Colivelin (1 mg/kg) via intraperitoneal injection daily. The left panel showed that VISTA overexpression and Colivelin injection (sti-STAT3, 1 mg/kg/day) affected tumor growth in C57BL/6 J mice. The right panel showed tumor volumes measured by growth curve every three days from day 7 to day 16 after cell transplantation.
