Koshidacin B
Koshidacin B is an antiplasmodial cyclic tetrapeptide with antiplasmodial activity against P. falciparum FCR3 and K1 strain with IC50 values of 0.89 and 0.83 μM, respectively. Koshidacin B suppresses malaria parasites in vivo, it can be used for the research of parasites infection.

Koshidacin B (72 h) shows antiplasmodial activity against chloroquine-sensitive P. falciparum FCR3 strain and chloroquine-resistant P. falciparum K1 strain with IC50 values of 0.89 and 0.83 μM, respectively[1]. Koshidacin B (7 d) shows cytotoxicity against human MRC-5 cells with an IC50 value of 14.7 μM[1].
