In Vitro

d9A1 (0.5-25 μM, 8-24 h) induces concentration-dependent degradation of endogenous SLC9A1 protein in HAP1 and KBM7 cells^[1].
d9A1-2 (1 μM; 16 h) exerts CRBN-dependent degradation of SLC9A1 in KBM7 WT and CRBN knockout cells^[1].
