DYRKtide is phosphorylated by recombinant DYRK1A, DYRK1B, MNB, DYRK2, and DYRK4, and Harmine (HY-N0737A) inhibits mature DYRK1A-mediated DYRKtide phosphorylation with an IC50 of 0.033 μM[2].
DYRKtide serves as a phospho-acceptor substrate for determining DYRKs activity in cell-free DYRKs kinase assays[3].
DYRKtide is phosphorylated by wild-type DYRK1A[4].
DYRKtide is a substrate peptide in the cell-free DYRK1A Cook assay, and its DYRK1A-mediated phosphorylation can be inhibited by the tested small molecules, with Ki values below 5 µM[5].
