IMDNQ1

IMDNQ1 (0.39-100 µM; 48 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of Trypanosoma cruzi epimastigotes (Tulahuen CL98 strain) with an IC₅₀ of 2.77 µM, showing significantly greater activity than Nifurtimox (HY-W040073)^[2].
