SU0383 (5-20 µM; 24-72 h) induces cytotoxicity at 20 μM in A549, H460, and HCT116 cells^[1].
SU0383 (0.01-10 μM; 24 h) shows low toxicity in MCF-7 and HeLa cells^[2].
SU0383 (10 μM; 16 h) increases the sensitivity of MCF-7 tumor cells to oxidative stress induced by hydrogen peroxide^[2].
SU0383 (10 μM) engages native NUDT1 in MCF7 cells and inhibits native OGG1 activity in MCF7 lysate^[2].
