Description
In Vitro
Methylliberine (5-5000 µg/plate) is nonmutagenic in Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537 and Escherichia coli WP2 uvrA with and without S9 metabolic activation[5].
Methylliberine (125-2000 µg/mL; 3-28 h) is non-clastogenic in V79 male Chinese hamster lung cells under short-term exposure up to 2000 µg/mL and long-term exposure up to 500 µg/mL, with and without S9 metabolic activation[5].
