Description

d9A1-2 is a potent SLC9A1 PROTAC degrader. d9A1-2 binds to SLC9A1 via the d9A1 warhead, recruits the CRL4CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase through EBM, and thereby induces ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of SLC9A1. d9A1-2 can be used for research on cancers such as acute myeloid leukemia^[1]. In Vitro

d9A1 (0.5-25 μM, 8-24 h) induces concentration-dependent degradation of endogenous SLC9A1 protein in HAP1 and KBM7 cells^[1].
d9A1-2 (1 μM; 16 h) exerts CRBN-dependent degradation of SLC9A1 in KBM7 WT and CRBN knockout cells^[1].
