PfSUB1-IN-2 (compound 3b) (167 nM-20 μM; 30 min) irreversibly inhibits purified Plasmodium falciparum PfSUB1 with an IC50 of 167 nM after 30 min of pre-incubation, and achieves full inhibition at 20 μM[1].
PfSUB1-IN-2 (72 h) inhibits the growth of Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 strain in red blood cells with an EC50 of 22.2 μM in 72-hour dose-response assays[1].
