Quisovalimab (AVTX-002) is a human-derived monoclonal antibody against LIGHT (TNFSF14). Quisovalimab binds to LIGHT, blocks the signal transduction activity of LIGHT, reduces circulating LIGHT levels and attenuates pro-inflammatory effects. Quisovalimab can be used in research related to Crohn's disease, COVID-19-associated pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome comorbidity^[1][2][3].
