RDR 02308 is a TLR4-MyD88 binding inhibitor that inhibits full-length β-lactamase[1].

In Vitro

RDR 02308 (0-10 μM; 1 h) inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-mediated IL-6 production in RAW264.7 cells[1].
