TLR4 |
RS 09 (1-10 μg/mL; 24 h) can stimulate TLR-4 and activate NF-κB in HEK-BLUETM-4 cells[1].
RS 09 (5 μg/mL; 15 min-24 h) can bind to TLR-4 and induce nuclear translocation of NF-κB as well as the secretion of inflammatory cytokines in RAW264.7 cells[1].
