SU0383 is a dual MTH1 and OGG1 inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.034 μM and 0.49 μM, respectively. SU0383 induces cytotoxicity in cancer cells and increases sensitivity of tumor cells to oxidative stress, and showing low toxicity in normal cells. SU0383 can be used for cancer research[1][2].

In Vitro

SU0383 (5-20 µM; 24-72 h) induces cytotoxicity at 20 μM in A549, H460, and HCT116 cells[1].
SU0383 (0.01-10 μM; 24 h) shows low toxicity in MCF-7 and HeLa cells[2].
SU0383 (10 μM; 16 h) increases the sensitivity of MCF-7 tumor cells to oxidative stress induced by hydrogen peroxide[2].
SU0383 (10 μM) engages native NUDT1 in MCF7 cells and inhibits native OGG1 activity in MCF7 lysate[2].

Incubation Time: 24, 48, 72 h
Result: Induced noticeable cytotoxicity only at 20 μM in A549, H460, and HCT116 cells.
Showed no significant cytotoxicity at lower concentrations.
