Description

Temtokibart (ARGX-112) is a monoclonal antibody and also an IL-22RA1 inhibitor. Temtokibart inhibits the signal transduction of IL-22, IL-20 and IL-24. Biological Activity
  • Immobilized IL-22R alpha 1 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc, HY-P77967) can bind Temtokibart. The EC50 for this effect is 5.511 ng/mL.
  • Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5×106 HT-29 cells labeling Temtokibart (HY-P990016, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda2 Isotype Control (HY-P990096, blue) was used as the isotype control.
