Description

Tilrekimig (PF-07275315) is a monoclonal antibody targeting human interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-13 (IL-13) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). Tilrekimig can be used in the research of allergic and inflammatory diseases, such as asthma and atopic dermatitis[1][2].

In Vitro

Tilrekimig (TAVO101 × IL4R-dupi) effectively blocks the signaling cascades driven by TSLP, IL-4 and IL-13, and neutralizes TSLP-driven CD4+ T cell proliferation as well as IL-4- and IL-13-driven TF-1 cell proliferation[2].
Tilrekimig reduces the release of CCL17 in CD14+ monocytes activated by LPS (HY-D1056), TSLP and IL-4, and decreases the allergen-induced release of CCL26 and IL-5 in the co-culture system of PBMC, MRC-5 and A549 cells[2].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

Tilrekimig (TAVO101 x IL4R-dupi) (10 mg/kg, i.p., once weekly for 2 consecutive weeks) broadly controls allergic inflammation in mice in a TSLP/OVA-induced asthma model[2].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model: hIL4/hIL4RA/hTSLP/hTSLPR plus humanized transgenic mice[2]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: i.p., once weekly for 2 consecutive weeks
Result: Showed comprehensive inhibitory effects on multiple key asthma markers, including serum IgE, eosinophil infiltration in BALF, lung tissue inflammation, and mucus secretion.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
