Biological Activity
TNF-α-IN-28 (compound 4ea) (1-30 μM) potently inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α expression in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells with an IC50 of 6.297 μM[1].
TNF-α-IN-28 (30 μM) prevents NF-κB nuclear translocation in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells, suppressing NF-κB activation[1].
TNF-α-IN-28 binds stably to the dimeric interface of TNF-α (PDB ID: 2AZ5) with an average binding affinity of -8.02 Kcal/mol, forming key interactions with residues critical for TNF-α inhibition[1].
